Resources The process of selling a home can be stressful, even if you’re working with a professional real estate agent, like myself. Chances are, you’ll have to hire various professionals throughout the process, either to prepare your home for sale, or to fix any of the numerous issues that can pop up in a home inspection. The last thing you want to do is hire an unreliable contractor who delays — or even ruins — your home sale. I’ve experienced firsthand the work of numerous local contractors and professionals. As a licensed general contractor myself, I know which companies will produce the highest- quality work, and which ones to avoid. Because I want my clients to have the most stress-free and successful real estate experiences possible, I recommend only the best professionals in a variety of specialties — from home- staging experts to general contractors and electricians. I have worked personally with hundreds of people over the years and have too many to make note of. If you need a specific person, skill or tradesperson to work on your house or help with a problem you need fixing I am very likely to have them and can usually recommend 2-3 people.
