As I’ve said before, probably the most important part of your home search and home-buying process should be hiring a real estate agent to work alongside you throughout this entire process, from beginning to end. But not just any agent will do; you must choose the right real estate agent — someone who can help you avoid all of these common buyer mistakes (both first-time buyers and veteran buyers), as well as any other potential issues, and set you up for success in the home that’s right for you, at a price you can afford.
