About David David J. After serving as a forward air controller in Vietnam and graduating from the University of Washington. Mr. Ellis developed All American Brokerage Company, an affordable housing business in Atlanta and retired at 34. Following retirement, Mr. Ellis spent the next 36 years practicing Real Estate Finance and Insurance. Mr. Ellis has walked and surveyed neighborhoods from Portland to Bellingham and is most familiar with the Shores of Puget Sound from Olympia to Bellingham and Port Angeles, as well as the Shores of Lake Washington from Renton to Kenmore, and Madison Park to Kirkland/Bellevue. On a personal level, Mr. Ellis was involved with Youth Soccer in Richmond Beach for 9 years and served as Zone Chairman for Lions International, District 19 B-2, which includes six clubs; University Lions, Ballard, Northgate, Downtown Central, Capitol Hill and the International District. He has also served on the Board of Directors, as Treasurer, for the South Lake Union Community Council.
