About Dave and Vanessa Fauquier Dave Fauquier -- Broker Sales Associate Vanessa Fauquier -- Sales Associate Dave and Vanessa live in Lakewood Ranch with Duke, their very lovable and energetic golden retriever. Dave is a New Jersey native. He was born and raised in Edison. Dave has had a life- long (at least through most of his adult life) passion for motorcycles–mostly Harleys. Most recently, Dave received his drone license and is teaching himself to play the guitar. Dave served as a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Vanessa has had a life-long passion for learning. As a business owner, sales trainer, and personal coach, Vanessa earned numerous educational degrees and certifications. Most recently, Vanessa received her certification as an Interior Designer. A Brooklyn, New York native, Vanessa lived in New Jersey before moving to Florida.
