About the Author I got into the real estate industry over 20 years ago when I was looking to purchase my first income property. The agent I hired kept getting calls while we were out from his clients who were surprised at their loan signing to find out that they had to bring in more money than they had planned... a lot more money. It happened multiple times to multiple clients. I knew that if I didn't learn quickly then I would be making that call myself. I decided to enrolled in Coldwell Banker University and the rest is history. I embarked on a real estate career with the goal of making sure my clients were not hit with surprises. I wanted to make sure my clients were aware of the process, the ins and outs, and I wanted to make sure they were taken care of and their needs were met. I was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what I did. And I worked hard. As my career advanced, I found my stride working with sellers and home buyers throughout Los Angeles.
