We went live on a Thursday and close viewings on Saturday night, we had received many offers. Richard stated the we had received the best offer for the house. We confided in Richard to make the choice of the new buyers. Richard had an attention to detail to every part of the process. The two mini blinds he put up to the front yard sign with solar lights. Richard made signage throughout the house to make the buyer know the facts about the home. We are so happy with the whole process of selling our home.
