Richard would often send, by post, a large and classy, colorful postcard showing the homes he had sold. This postcard Indicated the homes that he sold and within days of the first showing, the amount over list for each home and the positive reviews that others posted. We first started seeing these in our mail over a year ago and said this is the Realtor we need. He consistently sent out these postcards throughout the year showing the same successes over and over.
