can all take on a top-of-the-line iPhone or Android versus the photos a professional photographer will take. While it does cost more money to have a professional photographer, the results can be higher returns in the sale price of the home. A good realtor will use professional photographers that employ HDR photography. HDR or High Density Resolution is a process where the camera takes 5 rapid shots of each picture with each exposure having a different aperture opening. The software the photographer uses back at the office then takes all 5 photos and blends them into one amazing shot that really accentuates the area or room that is being photographed. Another important photographic system we like to use is the 3D Interactive Tour. This specialized camera scans each room in a 360-degree manner and uses lasers to measure each room. The result after uploading all the scans of the entire home is amazing. The viewer can simply touch a white circle on the video screen and move to another section of the home. The user can move their cursor to look up, down, and all around each room. It's just like being in the house and can dramatically increase showings and interest in a home if done correctly. If you would like to see what a 3D Interactive Virtual Tour looks like, you can type the URL or just scan the QR Code on the next page to have a look. This was a property that I photographed using my Matterport 3D camera. Unlike most Realtors, I actually purchased the camera and do the photo scanning myself as well as all the video editing.
