About HIMANSHU PATEL
Himanshu was raised in India with two siblings. As a child, Himanshu had aspirations of being a Civil Engineer. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Himanshu was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Himanshu worked his way from a Junior Engineer to a Project Manager for a Heavy Highway and Bridge Contruction Company based in New York City, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Himanshu got into the real estate industry a years ago when the Covid-19 pendamic started. Himanshu has a passion for construction and life long dream of being part of the Real Estate Industry (buying/selling properties, investing in residential and commercial properties, renting and flipping properties). Covid-19 and it's threats helped him, make the move to Real Estate. Himanshu lives in Franklin Park, for thirty years with his wife and three kids. In his free time, he enjoys helping family and friends and voluntering at social events. Himanshu has been a trustee and an active executive committee member for a Cultural Association in Centeral Jersey. Himanshu Patel aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
