About Angie Angie was raised in Astoria Queens. As a child, she had aspirations of being a Registered Nurse which she became and worked over 25 years as a Operating Room Nurse. Never in a million years did he think she would stumble into the real estate industry, but after winning a bid on a HUD home in 2000, she quickly found out that Real Estate was in her blood. You can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. She found her passions in both Nursing and Real Estate! Why Not! Angie was taught at a young age from her dad that you have to position yourself to take care of yourself and not to depend on anyone to do that. She also learned that hard work and perseverance are the keys to see your vision come to light. After winning that bid in 2000, she went on to buy several properties which she renovated and turned into successful rental units. She caught the Real Estate bug and went on to obtain her Salespersons license in 2008 and 2 years later obtained her Real Estate Brokers License. As her career advanced, Angie found her stride working with Seniors and individuals facing adverse life events such as sudden illness, divorce, job loss, COVID-19 related situations. She is an expert in Dynamic Negotiations, Seniors who are needing to transition into a Care Facility and Individuals needing to sell a property due to a adverse life event. She is knowledgeable and has the resources to help navigate these sellers thru the often complex maze of the real estate transaction.
