About Thomas Wendel Stuart endel Stuart T.W. Stuart is the proud youngest son of Bahamian-born, Thomas Wellington “Wendel'' Stuart and New York native, Vivian Y. Stuart. His life took a major shift at the age of four, due to his father's passing from a rare cancer called leukemia. Being raised in Queens, NY by his mother Vivian Y. Stuart, a community activist, and sister Dr. Vanessa Y. Stuart Jefferson in a positive household, he also had influences that weren’t positive. T.W.’s aspirations of being an entrepreneur began at age six, pricing and selling his drawings from his bedroom window. He was taught young that if you want it, work for it and you will always be supported. Never did he think he’d stumble into an industry so rewarding after having a criminal record and unforgiving past due to his involvement with New York City street life. However, he visualized his success and he worked diligently towards it. He set out to use his gifts, learn from his past and be a positive contributor to his family’s future. T.W. soon found that the real estate industry was the answer... T.W. Stuart started his career as an agent and within ten years became a broker-in-charge/ CEO of his own real estate company and consulting firm, Signature International Enterprises. Now celebrating twenty years as an industry leader, dominating his sectors in real estate he has expanded his market to serve NC, NY, and GA. He’s an expert in residential and commercial real estate, credit and financial consulting, and sales strategies. Currently, T.W. Stuart resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Madiyyah, two daughters Victoria, Ayah, and their dog Farro. In his free time, he enjoys fostering community development as a
