I have spent substantial time early in my career upgrading and creatively renovating properties. I have bought, sold and renovated homes and apartment buildings from Hollywood, Beverly Hills to Santa Monica for my personal account over the last 30 years. I offer my clients ultimate access to a full service team of home renovation experts. My real estate philosophy is simple: I represent each client exactly the same way I would want someone to represent me. I believe my impressive experience and transactions in luxury real estate and also in investment properties allows me to share my knowledge with the clients I work with. I have in-house social media/marketing/web design and a transaction coordinator. This gives the client the capacity to have thorough, personalized service with attention to detail. Outside of real estate, I am very active in the Beverly Hills community. I created and operated The Hollywood Hot Dog Company, ran for Beverly Hills City Council, and am part of TEAM BEVERLY HILLS. I also founded Lone Star Studio, home to TV shows and movies such as Ripley’s Believe It or Not! The Matrix, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and many others. I try to stay active with a number of local non-profit organizations including the City of Hope, Jewish Old Age Home and Children's Hospital. The Halfon Group is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle at 439 North Canon Drive at Keller Williams in Beverly Hills.
