As a young child, her favorite activity was to visit model homes and homes under construction with her mother. Her first experience with custom home building was looking over her parents' shoulders at age 17. She was hooked! Fast forward just a few short years and Rhonda was working for a local home builder one summer between semesters at college. She found her true passion for homes developing a hands-on education in new construction administration, land development and building construction. She quickly settled into On-Site Home Sales for the next few years. Having a clear vision for her career path, she earned her Colorado Real Estate License at the age of 23.
