CHAPTER 13 How to Sell Your Home F our Home Faster ... and for More Money In the process of selling, you will spend an incredible amount of time holding showings for potential buyers. Unfortunately, many aren’t even interested in buying your home. This wastes a lot of your time.
There are four type of buyers that are shopping for homes;
1. Serious and in hurry to purchase buyers. Since 93% of homes are listed with brokers it makes sense that they do not have time to waste and work with a broker to find their home. 2. Serious but not in a hurry First time buyers, … proceeding cautiously … wanting someone to hold their hand … or …they may be looking for that perfect home. Naturally these people want a Broker to help them, to guide them and make them feel secure. 3. Investors or bargain hunters … Preying on F.S.B.O.’s that are in a hurry to sell at a discount. 4. The looky-lou's buyers. They can’t afford to buy … and they will never buy ..... because they are just looking … In fact broker's don’t put them in their cars because they can’t afford to buy and are not qualified to buyers.
