About one year ago, my wife and I decided to pursue our dream of moving here. We purchased 10 acres of land back in 2007 and felt now was the time to make our move for better business opportunities in the greater Chicago area. We had subscribed to the local newspapers and had it mailed to us in Tennessee. Kathryn was a referral from our Realtor in Tennessee. My wife and family were living in another country while I wrapped up loose ends with my business arrangements to move to Illinois. I must admit, we were really impressed with Kathryn. Not only for her phone calls, emails and text messages, but she never was rushing us, and seemed to understand that it would be some time until we actually purchased something. As time went on, she never reached out too often, but always stayed in touch and offered her services. Kathryn helped me from start to finish in securing the dream home for my family (without my wife ever seeing the home in person before purchasing) and getting the deal done. Now came the sweet part. Because of simple little things like follow-up phone calls, patience, and eagerness to help her customers, Kathryn is our go to agent. Kathryn was not the first agent we had talked to but she was the last. We were totally amazed at the professionalism, expertise, patience and kindness we were shown. Kathryn will be our agent for as long as we need one, and that does not happen often in this industry.
