About Felice Felice was raised in New York City. As a child, Felice had aspirations of being a teacher. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Felice was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. She worked hard. As the years went by, Felice worked her way from being a teacher to being a Guidance Counselor, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Felice got into the real estate industry 20 years ago when she was ready to retire from being a guidance counselor. She set out to help people in the same way she had in her previous career by being knowledgeable, supportive and by helping them to make decisions. As her career advanced, Felice found her stride working with both buyers and sellers in Westchester county. She’s an expert in providing current information regarding neighborhoods, referrals to mortgage brokers, attorneys, contractors, stagers, etc, and is a superb negotiator. Throughout her careers, Felice has earned numerous accolades, including: • Guidance Counselor of the Year • Secretary of the Junior League of Central Westchester • Vice President of her Condo Board • Silver and Gold Awards from her local Real Estate Board • Member NY State Global Markets Committee
