About Sullivan Group Julie and Morgan Sullivan are a mother-daughter duo and owners of Sullivan Group Real Estate in the heart of Northern California Wine Country. Sullivan Group specializes in residential real estate working wtih buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Sonoma County and the North Bay. Julie Sullivan was raised in the Bay Area and spent many summers with her family enjoying various areas of Sonoma County. Growing up, Julie remembers many dinner table conversations around topics of buying real estate, renovating homes to build equity, and selling those homes for a profit. Julies father was an electrician and contractor so it seemed fitting that life would lead her to a career in real estate. Julie knew she wanted to put down roots in Sonoma County so after college she made the move to the town of Sonoma. Morgan Sullivan was born and raised in Sonoma County alongside her three brothers. After college, Morgan was working in finance and feeling like she needed more out of her career path. A simple suggestion from Julie to give real estate a try would eventually turn into what is now Sullivan Group Real Estate. Sullivan Group aims to provide the highest level of service to their clients and takes deep pride in helping them acheive their real estate goals. As a top producing team in Sonoma County and across the country, Julie and Morgan pride themselves on building a business with integrity. Julie had been taught that if you want something in life, you must work for it.
