When you are over two thousand miles from your vacant home, and the pipe to the washing machine connection in the garage burst, what do you do? If your Realtor is Jenny Capritta, you receive a phone call describing the event, and learn that she has called in her plumber to repair it, lugged a heavy fan into the garage in the August heat to dry out the area, and had the sheetrock man repair the damage. When we decided to sell out home, we engage a Realtor that we had worked with in the past, but who did not know the White Rock area. After several months of meager interest, we were anxious to make our move. Jenny took over and we loaded up and departed soon afterward. Jenny kept us informed, advised us of things needed to improve the appearance of our home and kept on working. The number of showings increased dramatically. Not only did she secure a favorable contract, she had a back-up in place. Once the negotiations began, it was quickly evident that Jenny is very savvy in this process. We explored options, proposals, tactics, and agreed upon a counter offer that was satisfactory to both parties. Jenny also worked with the potential buyers to ensure that financing was in place and all systems were a go.
