About Stan Pennington
Stan was raised in Oklahoma City with no siblings. As a child, Stan had aspirations of being a Police Officer. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Stan was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Stan worked his way from Police Officer to Fireman, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Stan got into the real estate industry 22 years ago when his best friend Mike "also a realtor" talked him into becoming a Real Estate agent. He set out to become the best Real Estate agent possible. As his career advanced, Stan found his stride working with residential home buyers and sellers in the Oklahoma City metro. He’s an expert in working with residential home sellers. Throughout his career, Stan has earned numerous accolades, including:
• Becoming a Broker/Owner in 2008 • Over 1000 closed transactions • Achieving the top designation in Real Estate
• Certified Residential Specialist in 2005 which only 3% of all • Realtors nationwide hold that designation • Becoming the Oklahoma President for Certified Residential • Specialist in 2012 leading 479 agents throughout the state
Stan lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and Real Estate Partner
