About Heidi Hendrix Heidi earned her real estate license in 2007. Her first property sale was a beautiful condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in South Florida, a glamorous start to what would prove to be a challenging yet rewarding career. In 2022, she moved back home to Fayetteville, Arkansas to be near family and join her brother Jody Hendrix, principal broker of Keller Williams Market Pro Realty in the family business. Heidi was raised in Arkansas with one siblings. As a child, Heidi had aspirations of being in the television industry. She earned a degree at the University of Arkansas in broadcast journalism. Fresh out of college, Heidi moved to Atlanta, Ga. and built a successful television career, hosted several DIY shows like "Fix It Up" on HGTV, represented hundreds of companies as a corporate speaker while traveling the world. After thirty years, Heidi began planning her return home to Northwest Arkansas to be close to family, where she could settle down and be involved in community. As her real estate career advanced, Heidi began working in all sectors of the real estate market, from residential, to land acquisitions, to commercial sales and leasing. Heidi admits that the joy on a client's face when you help them realize their dream of home ownership or purchasing their first investment property never gets old. Sometimes life just finds you and gives you purpose.
