About Sue Sue Eidsness grew up in Hong Kong and Switzerland with 2 siblings. As a child, she had aspirations of being a physician. Never in a million years did she think she would stumble into the Real Estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Sue was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Sue worked her way from helping in her family's boutique and silversmith shop while also working as a sales person at a department store to owning her own real investment business, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Sue got into the real estate industry 20+ years ago when she was still a student at St. Louis University. While pursuing her joint Masters degrees (MBA and Masters in Health Administration), she bought her first building, a 3-family property in the Central West End that needed extensive renovation. Bitten by the rehab bug upon completion of the project, she continued adding to her real estate portfolio project after project. She received several awards for her building improvements: • "10 Most Improved Historic Buildings' awards (in 2001 and 2004) from the Landmarks Association of St. Louis • 2003 Development of the Year" award from the City of St. Louis • "2013 Renaissance Award" from the Central West End Association As her career advanced, Sue found her stride helping others in achieving their real estate dreams.
