About Timothy Timothy Hodges was raised in Deltona with 3 siblings. As a child, Timothy had aspirations of being an NBA Basketball Player. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Timothy was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Timothy worked his way from being in retail management to the investment side of real estate, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Timothy got into the real estate industry a little over 4 years ago when he finally realized that retail management was a monster and was not allowing him time to see his growing family or be available for them. Hence his interest in the real estate field. He set out to really learn from the best and become successful at helping others achieve their real estate goals. As his career advanced, Timothy found his stride working with both Sellers and First Time Buyers. He’s an expert in valuing homes to ensure they sell for top dollar and as soon as possible within the Central Florida region. Timothy lives in Volusia County with his loving wife, soon to be 3 year old daughter, and his Australian Shepard Blue. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping, boating, and spending time with his family and friends.
