were losing days on the market. I met Paula at an Open House down the street and knew we picked the wrong person to sell our home. She helped us with our primary home and when it came to selling our house, she sold it for us as well. When we needed to sell the Investment home after years of having it and our son moved, we kept it and rented to people that run the place down. Paula helped us get the home fixed up and gave us help with contractors and what it took to get the home sold to include, deck repair, kitchen updates with new appliances and granite counters, refinished hardwood floors, new roof to fix leaks and had it patched and painted as well as new carpet in areas that weren’t hardwood.
