our house ready and sell. Paula gave me her professional opinion on what to do to get the home ready. We also moved out before placing the home on the market. It made it easier to show and less stress for us. Paula took care of the painters and carpet cleaning and professional cleaners and go the home sold. She’s exactly what I thought she would be, great! We didn’t know the questions to ask and what to look for in the buying and building process and we are glad she was there to represent us and help us. They found things the builder missed and had to go back and fix. Even new can have issues.
