Currently serving the Northern Virginia, D.C., and Metro Area to offer a high level of expertise and a strong commitment to service. My goal is to give my clients an enjoyable real estate experience, as well as negotiate the best terms and stipulations for them, so they can buy or sell their home. My clients range from first-time buyers all the way to investors. From traditional transactions to FSBO (For Sale By Owner) to new construction. I have helped my clients navigate a wide variety of challenging issues and market conditions, from Buying and Selling, Relocation, Military PCS Moves, Short Sale, Pre-Foreclosure, Foreclosure as well as Renting. My biggest passion is helping clients find their dream home. I guide my clients through understanding the process from the first moment they preview the home, to qualifying and writing a strong offer, as well as negotiating the best terms for their needs, following the process to the closing table. I have negotiation skills that will ensure positive results for both the buyer and seller!
