About Joe Fusco Joe was born in Toronto, Ontario, but relocated to Rancho Cucamonga, California when he was 13 years old. Joe's entrepreneurial personality led him to the real estate industry at the age of 18 when he invested his own money in a family real estate transaction. This paved the way to a future of real estate investments and a career in the mortgage and real estate industry. Joe graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in finance and business administration. Early in his career, he was chosen to lead the pilot program and successful launching of the Freddie Mac REO Disposition Program which sold thousands of homes nationwide. This began his vast experience with the foreclosure process. As his career advanced, Joe found his stride working with REO, residential, investment, and commercial properties. He has experience working with investors, flips, and new construction. He is a RES.NET REO Certified Agent and SFR Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certified through the National Association of Realtors. Joe has been an accomplished pilot since 1987. While maintaining a successful real estate business, Joe decided to pursue his passion in aviation and founded a flight school in 2007, which provided jet training and mentoring services for aircraft owners and professional pilots. Currently, Joe is the broker and owner of Leading Edge Realty, servicing all aspects of real estate from land lots to short sales in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas of Southern California, with Nevada and Arizona coming soon. He specializes in REO sale facilitation, property preservation, asset disposition, auction facilitation for residential, investment, and commercial properties. xi ii
