Example Two - Closing Coordinator  Got (People) Skills? I Need You to Manage My Closings!  

Searching for a full time assistant closing coordinator who will perform various administration  tasks, including inbound/outbound phone calls, scheduling appointments for closings, answering  emails and managing items needed for the close. For this role, a strong internet connection is  required, along with impeccable communication skills. Ultimately, the assistant should be able to  perform under minimum supervision.  Job Responsibilities:  ★ Transaction coordination (Coordinates with other Realtors, lenders, escrow agents etc.)   ★ Quick response to emails and phone calls  ★ Schedule closing appointments/meetings   ★ Keep an organized calendar  ★ Prepares a variety of documents including letters, memos, contracts, forms, and any other  related material.  Qualifications needed:  ★ The ability to work M-F 8 AM-5 PM EST   ★ MUST speak excellent English  ★ Excellent phone, email and communication skills  ★ Broadband wired internet connection is REQUIRED   ★ Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects  ★ Must be detail oriented   ★ Previous experience as an administrative assistant, or online paperwork processing is a plus.   How to apply:   Send an email to the one listed with “Applying for Closing Coordinator” as the subject line.
