About Bill Kerrigan When Bill's not busy landing deals for his clients, you can find Bill walking his dog's Mac and Finn this is how Bill unwinds after working hard for his clients — and that’s not just a cop-out. Bill has dedicated his life to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Bill was raised in Redwood City. Bill was taught from a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what Bill did. And Bill worked hard. (But that’s not to say Bill didn’t have fun along the way.) Bill got into the real estate industry 39 years ago when He took his Real Estate exam in 1985. Bill started his Real Estate Career listing and selling residential Real Estate. In 1992 he was with Davey Properties in Redwood City, Bill started also originating mortgages. In 1993 Bill decided to dive into the mortgage business 100 percent so he left Davey Properties to become a full time Mortgage Broker. For the next 24 years Bill was a top Mortgage Originator in the Peninsula. In 2017 Bill left the Mortgage Business and was basically semi-retired. After getting several requests from past clients to refer them to Real Estate Agents in 2019 He rejoined the San Mateo County Board of Realtors and started listing and selling real estate again with RE/ MAX Mid-Peninsula that is now Gonzalez Properties. Bill still lives in Redwood City where he and his wife Trisha raised their two children Samuel and Haley. In addition to playing and caring for Mac and Finn Bill also enjoys, Coaching Youth Baseball, Snow Skiing and Golfing. Bill is also an avid Jeep owner and is Big San Francisco Giants Fan and also a Huge San Francisco 49er Fan (The 2024 Season will be Bill's 43rd as a 49er Season Ticket Holder).
