CJ Patch, REALTOR® - HOW I SELL HOMES OTHERS FAILED TO SELL

CJ’s path to real estate wasn’t linear. She began as a bank secretary in Boise, Idaho, and gained diverse experience in the medical, legal, and sales fields. But in 1994, she found her true calling—real estate—while working as a personal assistant to a broker in Fort Collins. When she relocated to Grand Junction in 1998, she dove into the title industry, closing hundreds of transactions and building a solid foundation of expertise. In 2004, CJ earned her real estate license—and never looked back. Known for her creative marketing and unwavering dedication, she’s helped countless families find their perfect homes and reach their real estate goals. She has a particular passion for helping those relocating to the Grand Valley, a region she’s proud to call home for over two decades.

Outside of real estate, CJ is an artist at heart. Whether she’s painting, making jewelry, or working with clay, she thrives on creativity. She’s also an outdoor enthusiast who loves kayaking, hiking, and fishing in Colorado’s stunning landscapes.
