After a few years of learning from her partners and receiving her real estate license, she realized she was ready to take on owning her own business, thus, ZBest Team, Inc. was born. What originally started as a curious fresh start, real estate quickly proved to be her passion. Since its conception in 2004, ZBest Team, Inc. has been under the corporate guidance of RE/MAX, Century 21, Keller Williams Realty, and today the company resides under Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. If there is one thing that Zoraya has learned through her professional career, is that you are never done learning. Thus, she continuously seeks out real estate seminars, women in business conferences, women in science seminars, and networking opportunities to expand her knowledge on one-on-one client satisfaction prioritization, maximizing seller's home valuation, successful staging methods, and more. She has certifications in Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist ® (CLHMS), Shortsales and Foreclosure Resource Certification ® (SFR), Senior Real Estate Specialist ® (SRES), and Military Relocation Professional ® (MPR). As her career advanced, Zoraya found her stride teaching her clients how to maximize the utilization of resources for financial growth. She’s an expert in developing sales skills, client relationships, customer service, and networking & negotiating. Currently, Zoraya resides in Oceanside, CA with her husband. She has two kids, Sasha (23) and Austin (20). Sasha is a Master's of Arts candidate in Museum Studies at New York University (NYU) and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art at NYU. Austin is a Bachelor of Business candidate in Finance at Bentley University and is on their Division II golf team.
