About Tiffany J. Balanoff Tiffany J. Balanoff was raised on the South Shore of Long Island in the great state of New York. As a child Tiffany enjoyed the local beaches and close proximitey to New York City. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Tiffany was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Tiffany worked her way from a cocktail waitress at a Connecticut country club, while in college, to a bartender, preschool teacher, and restaurant manager, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Tiffany got into the real estate industry in 2015 while working, part time, in a brand new local real estate office, that a friend hired her to help start up. While working there Tiffany was convinced by one of the agents in the office to get her real estate license. At the same time Tiffany had several friends buying and selling homes and they all had one thing in common- they complained about their real estate agents. Once Tiffany got started in 2016 she realized that there were so many real estate agents in her area but that they were not all the same. She saw a strong need for qualified, educated agents to help consumers navigate real estate transactions properly. She set out to dedicate herself to educating sellers, buyers, and even other real estate agents in order to help them build their wealth.
As her career advanced, Tiffany found her stride working with buyers and sellers. She’s an expert in marketing and listing
