Juan J. Garcia, REALTOR® - NEW IN TOWN?

and organizing, you won’t be able to keep track of everything that needs to be monitored and prepared. Another personal story. I convinced my former wife and 3 sons we could move easily from a 3 bedroom townhome to our new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home with a rental truck. "We can move ourselves easily!" I said. Sadly, I beat the living daylights out of my poor 3 sons and my former wife in a brutal, exhausting venture that lasted much longer than I thought, almost crushed/ broke one of my sons hands/fingers, and expended much greater energy than it would have cost us to have movers handle our move. It's funny now, not so funny then. Weigh your options carefully.
