About Richard As a child, Richard had aspirations of being a doctor. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Richard was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Richard worked his way from an hourly factory worker, to management, consulting, health care and now a REALTOR®, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Richard got into the real estate industry after he purchased a couple of real estate investments properties and throughly enjoyed the process of managing them. Therefore, he decided to become a REALTOR® in order to help others sell and buy real estate. As his career advanced, Richard found his stride working with both residential and commercial real estate. He’s an expert in helping his clients sell their houses quickly and for top dollar. Richard has earned the GRI Certification. According to the National Association of Realtors, earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Richard lives outside of the town of Old Appleton with his Lab, Coco. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and
