About Mary Mary was raised in Taylor , Michigan with 2 siblings. As a child, Mary had aspirations of being a Fashion Designer . Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Mary was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Mary worked her way from Vic Tanny International , as a exercise Instructor, membership sales and worked her way up to a manager then eventually started in the real estate industry at Advanced Funding , LLC as a mortgage loan originator , never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Mary got into the real estate industry 23 years ago when she had moved back to Michigan from living out of the state. Mary lived in Chicago and worked as a Sales Assistant for a stock brokerage firm , upon returning home to Michigan she was employed with a small engineering firm as a administrative assistant. This was also a time where many companies in Michigan were laying off their staff and being a newer employee of this company Mary was laid off, but before this happened her Human Resource Representative pulled her aside and this happened..... * I was pulled into the human resource department and my HR lady had informed me that I was about to be laid off and that she wanted to give me the heads up... then she asked if I ever thought about becoming a residential mortgage loan originator and that her husband does this for a living and with my personality she thinks I would do really well and that I should
