About Jessica Perry Jessica Perry, a Connecticut native, relocated to the Central Florida area in 2014 with a mortgage company. After 17 years with that company gaining Compliance, Auditing and Project Management experience she decided to venture into Real Estate. She has a double Masters in Business (MSM & MBA) and many other certifications. She is a serial entrepreneur and proud mother of 2 daughters, Alexis & Ariana, and grandmother to Ky'ro and Jazmine. Her goal in life is to show her growing family that you can do put anything you put your mind too! Jessica owns a local salon in Melbourne, FL with her daughters named Queendom's Beauty Lab. She also owns a Business consultant company, Purpose Partners, LLC, which assists to establish small businesses. Daughter's Keeper, Inc. is a 501(c)3 her and her daughters created to assist single mothers and daughters with school clothes and lunch for the entire school year. Jessica progressed in Real Estate rather quickly using her mortgage expertise. Having more than 12 real estate transactions in 9 months she's broken the Top New Agent criteria and continues to show that motivation and discipline is the reason for her success.
