the Denver Chapter of WISE (Supporting Women Investing in Commercial Real Estate). Kari’s commitment to giving back is deeply rooted in her own experiences. While much of her journey was self-driven, the support she received from various people and communities along the way left a lasting impact. This is why she strives to give back now that she has the means to do so. Whether supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Project Angel Heart, and Highlands Ranch Puppies, serving as a Kids Ministry Leader at Flatirons Church, or mentoring other women investors, Kari’s mission is to pay forward the kindness and help that once helped her. When not helping clients, Kari enjoys painting, playing sports, and spending time with her growing family, including two dogs, Rocko the Taco and Dakota, a cat named Mora, and a vibrant collection of Crested Geckos. From being a struggling single mother on the brink of homelessness to owning a multifamily apartment complex and building a thriving career and family, Kari’s story is one of determination, gratitude, and a commitment to lifting others as she climbs.
