Kari Nealeigh - The Complete Guide to Buying Commercial Real Estate

This is almost the definition of a “hidden” cost. It almost always goes under the radar when you’re planning. There are ways to plan ahead for the move and schedule your most important things around it. You need to get with each employee for that. A half week and surely a full week will set off a company’s income and normal routine dramatically. That’s not even factoring how much time it takes to get settled in after the move. There is almost no way to get around losing the hours that you put into your work, during and after business hours.
