Make sure your industry is fine with the zoning code permits you will use. Rezoning can happen, but not everywhere.

Contaminated land will usually cause problems. This is relevant to manufacturing or industrial properties. It all depends on what industry you are in if you need to deal with this question.
IS THERE A FULL AND DETAILED RECORD OF FINANCIAL RECORDS?
Having financial records and documents that date years back ensures accurate accounting and property history. Financial records impact the property’s value so they should be easy to obtain.
IF YOU WERE A VISITOR, WOULD YOU KNOW WHERE T W WHERE TO GO?
You don’t want clients or customers to come and get lost in a maze of hallways. Make sure there is signage or a clear path that gets them right to your office. If you’re on a higher floor, make sure the elevator isn’t hard to find.
