Easy Parking Access
This is also specific to big cities and central business areas where parking is tough to come by. If you have great parking in these areas, it should be one of the main things being advertised. “Well- lit, easy access, and by the building parking is available for tenants” is what it could look like. If you don’t have great parking, reach out to the city or parking vendors and try and reserve some spots for your building.
Offer Shared Amenities
If you have amenities you aren’t offering to share, that could be pushing tenants away. If there is extra space that you can convert to a conference or training room that tenants can use, that will entice them. It’s small things like that that attract the best tenants. Finding tenants isn’t as tough as it may seem at first, especially if you have a broker helping you. Offering a little more amenity use or benefits than other spaces will make all the difference.
