We had a one of a kind property that no one believed in and this guy sold it!!!!! Erik is patient and resourceful to get the property sold! He gets the job done and figures out how to resolve any issues that arise. Highly recommend this company. The most important thing I can say about Erik is that he has integrity and is honest and I don’t say that lightly. I hardly ever give compliments as I hold myself and others to high standards and hardly anyone meets this standards. Can’t say enough other than you have to use him to sell your property. Also, Canyon title and all of Erik's support staff are very prompt in very helpful in getting any documentation to you. Amy was super easy and helpful to work with. Erik has a great team that understands the stress of buying/selling a house and they work with you to get the job done. Well done guys!
