I was looking for a rural secondary home last year. I didn’t know exactly WHAT I wanted, I just knew what I DIDN’T want. She was careful to really listen, ask the right questions, and narrow the search in the parameters needed for the right property. She spent the entire day with me sunrise to sunset going from several different beach towns showing me different places that fit in the parameters we had set. She also met me in Rainer of all places on another day for a lead on a great deal. The thing that impressed me the most was that there was absolutely NO pressure. Another thing that really impressed me was every house we viewed and entered, she was very careful and respectful of the property and the owner and took great care to follow any instructions, take shoes off when there was carpet, etc. Unbeknownst to her I took mental note that when selling my property, I would trust her as the selling agent as well.
