She gave me suggestions and recommendations for home improvements and security. I was even hooked up with solar on my new house, and it won't cost me a dime out of pocket!!! In fact, because of solar, I don’t have to pay $4,000 out of my pocket to upgrade the old electrical panel in the house you helped me close on!!! Nysha even went door to door to my neighbors in my neighborhood and asked them all to sign a welcome card for me. No realtor that I know of has ever gone that extra mile to make someone feel welcome. Bottom line, Nysha was not working for a pay check or a quick sell. She takes the time and effort to make sure I found exactly what I want, the price range and area I am looking for.
