Confidence and capability are commitment, willingness, and determination to do the absolute best you possibly can for your client. To go above and beyond the excellent customer service that is reasonably expected of you. Make it a goal to do this for the next 5 or 10 customers, and you will have way more confidence in serving all your customers in the future. Customer service is like a muscle — the more you exercise good customer service, the more it grows. Commitment can build your confidence, even if you’re new to the real estate game and haven’t had much success yet. Just knowing that you won’t settle for providing second-rate customer service will give you a confident attitude. You’ll meet every new customer, knowing you will deliver what that individual needs to succeed. If you were a prospective real estate client, who would you choose to trust with your business? The agent who’s obviously nervous and uncertain when explaining why they would like your business? An agent who’s practically begging for your business? Or would you choose the confident agent?
