About Pamela I am a native of South Carolina born and raised in Georgetown, SC, and grew up having a love for the beach (especially) Pawleys Island. I played on the beach so much my mother would call me a “sandlapper”. There’s nothing like smelling the pluff mud when one drives near the lowcountry. John (my spouse) and I have been married for 53 years and our 2 adult sons live in the lowcountry with their families. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, South Carolina is a beautiful state. We moved to Del Webb at Cane Bay in 2013 for a lifestyle change and have enjoyed our deep rooted friendships with many Deb Webbers. I retired and have enjoyed all the activities, parties and most of all the friendships-support Del Webb at Cane Bay has to offer. I have made a career change from retirement to becoming a Realtor, with Carolina One, Cane Bay Nexton Office. In my past career, I was an independent Health, Life and Long Term Care Insurance special agent for 35 years. Helping families with their most important insurance decisions. Because my fiduciary responsibility was and still is putting “client first”, along with my ethical morals kept me in the business of helping many families throughout North and South Carolina. I am very proud of the work I provided for my clients. My knowledge and experience developed through my insurance career has prepared me for understanding that each family will have a different motivation for change; therefore, the selling and buying process has a different meaning,and timeline for each of us. I have been of service in my past and look forward to being of service to you in the future whether selling or buying. I look
