As a retired CPA, he understands the importance of assisting and educating clients throughout every step of the process. He takes pride in utilizing the wealth of experience in real estate to provide creative solutions for the specific needs of every client. When he is not assisting clients, Charles is an avid hiker and kayaker and can be found most Sundays on the many trails and lakes surrounding his hometown, Colorado Springs. A father of three and a husband of 37 years, he is no stranger to the myriad of factors that need to be taken into account in any home buying or selling process.
