I find her so amazing, managing to come to work daily, still with enough strength to pull it off and give a satisfactory number. In her own motherly capacity, she never lets her team down. Being an experienced Team Lead before, she's never without a sound decision to make for herself and for the team and when faced with mistakes, she quickly and humbly owns it. She always sets a target to reach month by month, always finding a way to improve not just herself but the whole team. Another nice thing about Saira is, it's never hard to ask a favor from her. You can always exchange your breaktime with her, she will gladly give it to you without any question... It's funny – I think she probably looks at us as her children, too! Isn’t that how motherhood works?”

But I would like to nominate Ary for volunteering her time and skills to help out a non-Authorify member. She did not think twice, did not ask any more questions, and just jumped at the chance to help. Talk about going above and beyond her duties just to put others first. You have an amazing heart, Ary, which I believe is the reason why everyone loves you. Thank you.”
