Has your background helped you in your current Authorify role? Yes! In my line of work, being able to provide an excellent and exceptional experience to customers is a must. That is something I've always had in me, ensuring that customers are heard, understood, and are being taken care of. What is your current Authorify role/what do you do? I currently hold the role of a MSR (Member Support Representative) and we're pretty much the jacks of all trades. From inbound/outbound calls to support tickets. We have to make sure that all the inquiries, requests or any concerns of our beloved members should be addressed accordingly. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I enjoy watching movies (anything but horror – can't stand it), listening to music (mostly K-pop songs), collecting merchandise of my favorite K-groups, and attending events and concerts. Is there anything else you want people to know (family members/pets, hobbies, talents, etc.) We currently have 3 dogs: Coffee, Pochita, and Cookie. As an introverted individual, I find it hard socializing with people and connecting to them. Therefore, in order to overcome that, I used to join declamation contests way back in highschool and attended a journalism club! In college, I used to do dance covers all throughout when I started working, then I tried my luck auditioning for a local dance cover group and I got accepted! What was your background before getting a job with Authorify? I took Hotel & Restaurant Management way back in college and graduated from Aklan State University. Before joining Authorify, I used to work as a Front Office Associate for nearly 3 years. When the pandemic happened, the establishment I had been working for had to close, which is why I traveled back to Iloilo and worked there as a Call Center Agent.
