Conclusion Thank you for reading this book. As you can see, there is a lot involved in selling a house. I have a lot of experience “talking the talk” of the real estate industry, and have advanced knowledge of all of the acronyms and semi-arcane jargon. Selling a home involves a LOT of paperwork, including forms, reports, disclosures, and other technical documents. Making mistakes on these forms can slow or even kill a sale and cost you money. Unless you are a sales professional yourself, you probably don’t keep the internet in your back pocket. You don’t need to know how to run Facebook analytics, create a Pinterest board, re-tweet 94
