Facebook is a great way to help your prospective buyers learn more about the area surrounding your listings, including attractions, shopping, schools, etc. Share posts about local schools, when a new restaurant opens, or when local institutions or businesses receive an award or are mentioned in the local paper. Local customs. What makes your area unique? Is there a holiday tradition unique to your area? Share it and draw people in with the charm and character of your region.
