Tom Ceniglio, Realtor® - HOW TO SELL HOMES FAST FOR TOP DOLLAR

Army Reserve as a mechanized infantry officer and served for 8 years, receiving his honorable discharge in 1994. Tom was raised in Enfield, CT with 4 siblings. As a baby boomer generation child, Tom had aspirations of being a military officer. Never in a million years did Tom think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, Tom worked his way from McDonald's Restaurant to Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Tom continuously invested in himself by taking courses in insurance, banking, electrician, tile work, handyman, and boat rigging & maintenance as he bought and sold 3 of his homes, 2 in Florida, and one in Georgia. Tom married his college sweetheart, Bernadette. She had recently graduated Suma Cum Laude from Tufts University as a DVM, small animal integrative veterinarian, A.K.A. Dr. Bernie. Dr. Bernie and Tom started a veterinary practice in Haddam, CT from scratch, buying the property, hiring contractors to remodel the home to become an animal hospital. They started with $770,000 in debt from the real estate, equipment and supplies and no customers. 10 years later, Dr. Bernie had over 4,000 clients and 9,000 patients that Tom, the practice manager, had marketed and convinced to transfer to Dr. Bernie one by one on a referral basis only. The practice blossomed and sold for 3 times what they had invested in it. Tom and Dr. Bernie needed another challenge, switch places and help friends find their vacation or retirement homes. So Tom became a Realtor and Dr. Bernie became his Operations VP. Tom got into the real estate industry 2 years ago when he tried unsuccessfully to buy a second home/retirement lake house in NH. He set out to buy a turnkey property without a garage that had an awesome view of Lake Winnisquam but only town beach
